Alastair Still
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Still is an experienced mining industry professional with over 25 years of experience including working for major gold miners such as Newmont, Goldcorp, Placer Dome, Kinross Gold and Agnico Eagle. He has worked within Canada and internationally in a variety of leadership roles including corporate and project development, and mine operations. Mr. Still has spent over ten years in corporate development having formerly served as Director, Corporate Development with Newmont Corporation (formerly Goldcorp), and most recently as Executive Vice President, Chief Development Officer for GoldMining. Mr. Still graduated with a Bachelor of Science (First Class, Honours) from the University of New Brunswick and a Master of Science (structural geology) from Queen’s University.

Paulo Pereira
President

Mr. Pereira has over 25 years of experience in exploration and development of mining projects in Brazil and Canada. He worked as a geologist for the De Beers Group for twenty years and served for more than ten years as Senior Project Manager and Divisional Manager for Canada. Mr. Pereira holds a Bachelors degree in Geology from Universidade do Amazonas in Brazil and is a Qualified Person as defined in NI-43-101 and a member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario.

Tim Smith
Vice President Exploration

Mr. Smith has more than 25 years mineral industry exploration and mining experience, principally exploring for gold mineral systems including orogenic lode gold, porphyry, intrusion related and volcanogenic massive sulphide systems at locations throughout Australia and Canada. Mr. Smith is experienced in exploration project management from generative greenfields to deposit drill-out to feasibility studies. Mr. Smith has a track record of discovery of major gold systems including as Vice President Exploration for Kaminak Gold Corporation where he led the team at the Coffee Gold Deposit in Yukon, Canada and which was acquired by Goldcorp Inc., for C$520 million in 2016. Mr. Smith was Regional Director Generative Exploration, North America for Newmont Corporation from June 2019 to April 2022 and Exploration Director, Goldcorp Inc., from August 2016 to June 2019.

Mr. Smith is a Registered Professional Geoscientist with Professional Geoscientists Ontario and Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia and holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Geology from University of Canterbury, New Zealand. Mr. Smith was a co-recipient of the Association for Mineral Exploration British Columbia H.H “Spud” Huestis Award for excellence in prospecting and mineral exploration in 2013, for the drill discovery of the Coffee Gold Deposit

Samuel Mah
Director, Engineering Studies

Mr. Mah has over 24 years of experience in the mining industry comprised of a unique blend of senior and junior producers including working for SSR Mining, Great Panther Mining, Goldcorp and Placer Dome (now Barrick Gold) and mine consulting firms: AMEC Americas and SRK Consulting, and the first metal streaming company, Silver Wheaton (now Wheaton Precious Metals). Over his career, Mr. Mah has held various senior technical / management positions responsible for advancing mining projects ranging from business strategy, preliminary economic assessment through to feasibility level studies for both underground and open pit mining methods.

Mr. Mah is a Registered Professional Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mining and Mineral Process Engineering, and a Master of Applied Science degree, both from the University of British Columbia.

Pat Obara
Chief Financial Officer and Secretary

Pat Obara, CFO and Secretary, was Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of Uranium Energy Corp., a NYSE American listed company, from August 2006 to January 2011, then as its Vice President Administration to October 2015 and again as its Chief Financial Officer from October 2015 to present. He has consulted to several private and publicly listed companies providing various services in the areas of corporate finance, management and administration. Mr. Obara has served as the Chief Financial Officer and a director of several public companies listed on the TSXV. He holds a degree in Building Technology, Land and Construction Economics, from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.

Katherine Arblaster
Vice President, Environment, Social and Governance ("ESG")

Ms. Arblaster is responsible for GoldMining's ESG strategy, internal and external ESG reporting and developing the Company's ESG communications with all stakeholders. Prior to joining the GoldMining team, Ms. Arblaster led Monitor Deloitte's ESG and sustainability strategy offering. Ms. Arblaster graduated from the Telfer School of Management with an Honors Bachelor of Commerce in International Management.
