Brazil Resources Inc. Files Amended Technical Report

Vancouver, British Columbia – November 20, 2015 – Brazil Resources Inc. ("Brazil Resources" or the "Company") (TSX-V: BRI; OTCQX: BRIZF) announced that it has filed an amended National Instrument 43-101 ("NI 43-101") technical report (the "Amended Report") respecting its Whistler Project located in South Central Alaska.

The amendments, which are described below, do not have any impact on the Company’s previously disclosed resource estimate for the Whistler Project as announced in its news releases dated September 9 and October 26, 2015.

The original technical report was amended to delete disclosure of unconstrained block model resources in the "Mineral Resource Estimates" section and to add disclosure of an exploration target in the "Exploration" section of the Amended Report in accordance with NI 43-101 and Form NI 43-101F.

The Amended Report, titled "NI 43-101 Resource Estimate for the Whistler Project", was authored by Robert J. Morris, M.Sc., P.Geo., Susan C. Bird, P.Eng., and Alan Riles, B.Met, M.AIG, who are each qualified persons within the meaning of NI 43-101 and independent of the Company.  The Amended Report has an effective date of August 15, 2015 and was amended and restated as of November 12, 2015.  The Amended Report amends and restates the technical report of the Company dated August 15, 2015 with the same title.
