Brazil Resources Inc. Grants Stock Options

Vancouver, British Columbia – May 8, 2013 – Brazil Resources Inc. (the "Company") (TSX-V: BRI; OTCQX: BRIZF) announced today that it has granted incentive stock options to purchase 25,000 common shares of the Company (the "Options") to its previously appointed investor relations provider. The Options have an exercise price of $0.95 per common share, representing the market price for the common shares on May 8, 2013, are valid for a period of five years and will vest over a period of eighteen months.
The Option grant is subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
